We will only collect information that is necessary to administer the HESTA Nursing Awards 2012. When you submit your entry, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. We also ask for the name of the person you are nominating and the hospital or health care facility they work at, so we may verify entries and notify winners.
HESTA will not sell, rent or share your personal information with others or use it for a secondary purpose not related to the primary purpose of collection, except where such use or disclosure is required by law. By entering the Awards, you consent to the collection and use of information as stated herein to administer these Awards. All information received will be considered as commercial-in-confidence and will only be accessible to our judging panel and maintained on a secure server.
